Return & Refund Policy
- To qualify for a return or exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must be recorded without any edits, cuts, or filters, showing the entire process from opening the seal until the end.
- Without a valid video, your return request will be declined immediately.
- Any damage caused by the customer cannot be accepted for a refund.
- If approved for return, ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, including jewellery boxes.
- Once the returned product is received, please allow 2 business days for the refund to be credited to your bank account used for purchase.
